Shipping:

Our woven beautiful blankets are created after you order, so they take 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US & Canadian holidays) to ship out.

Items are woven in North Carolina. Expect up to a week once shipped in the U.S. and 2-3 weeks if shipping worldwide.

Return Policy:

All of our blankets are woven to order, so most of the time we can’t offer returns and exchanges unless the items that you receive are not what you expected. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction guarantee so please reach out to us if there’s issues with your order!

Refunds:

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll take care of it for you as quickly as possible.

Cancellations:

All orders are processed within 24 hours after an order is placed. Each exclusive and custom design is immediately sent to our vendor in North Carolina. Once the vendor has started the production process for us, it will not be possible for us to cancel.

Please understand that we’re small family owned business, and any cancellations outside of 24 hours would come out of our own pocket. Thank you for understanding and supporting our family!

Exchanges:

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
